Acceptance of orders: 

Your order becomes binding as soon as it has been accepted by Labyrinth Gallery (Brighton) and Labyrinth Art Uk, subject to your rights of cancellation. (See below) It is your responsibility to check all the details and aspects of your order are correct and that the goods are suitable for your requirements when we send through your order acknowledgement email.

Payment:

Because some of our artwork is made to order, 100% of the cost of the goods is taken when your order is placed. International customers will be responsible for the payment of any applicable local import duties and taxes. Our secure on-line payment system accepts all major credit cards and on-line payments including Paypal, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Order cancellation:

If you need to amend or cancel your order, you have the right to do so at any time up to 24 hours after you have placed your order. If you amend your order after 24 hours, we may have already started to produce your order and reserve the right to charge you any costs we have incurred.

Liability:

We cannot be held liable for conditions of storage or use within the customers house after delivery which may affect the product in any way, or damage / injury resulting from the improper installation, use or modification of our products.

Neon art warranty:

We provide a 1 Year warranty on neon art purchased from Labyrinth Art Gallery (From date of purchase) against any electrical defects or failure. This does not include glass tube breakage or any other damage to the artwork.

Governing laws:

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
