Description

Debbie Harry – “Blondie” by Duffy

About this piece: Debbie Harry of ‘Blondie’ wearing a Patti Smith Group T-shirt shot by Duffy for the Observer Magazine in November 1977. This was one year before Blondie released her breakthrough album ‘Parallel Lines’ which reached number 1 in the UK Charts in 1978. The article was titled ‘Doing it Their way (like singing rock)’ and featured an interview with Debbie Harry who is described as ‘The Brigitte Bardot of rock.’ Archival Quality Pigment Ink Print comes ready to frame in a 19.75″ x 19.75″ (50cm x 50cm) mount with an image size of approx. 12″x 8.25″ (31cm x 21cm). The print is embossed with the Duffy Archive stamp. The reverse of each mount has a sticker detailing the history of the session and a hand-stamped logo from Duffy’s old camera cases.
