About this piece: This limited edition is a fine art paper print version of Louis’ iconic Neon. The portrait is based on the Elvis de-mob mugshot that was taken shortly before he was discharged from the US army on March 5th 1960. In the portrait, Elvis appears to be holding the type of neon sign that you would find at a hotel or motel, which references one of his greatest hits “Heartbreak Hotel”. The iconic single was the first release on his new record label RCA Victor on January 27, 1956 and topped the US charts for 7 weeks.

Supplied from a Limited Edition of just 5 it is Hand signed and numbered by the artist, with a certificate of authenticity.
