‘The Visitor’ David Bowie – Golden Years Collection

About this piece: This was inspired by Bowie’s 1976 role in the film ‘The Man Who Fell To Earth’. The star map in the background depicts the ‘chameleon’ constellation – A reference to Bowie’s many different images and personas.

This piece was originally Designed, Hand Sketched, Drawn and then Digitally Printed. Each piece of his artwork is always hand signed and provided with a certificate of authenticity.

About this series: in 2016 Louis Sidoli created a solo exhibition of neon art entitled ‘Golden Years’ paying tribute to one of his biggest influences – David Bowie. The sell out exhibition at Halcyon Gallery, Bond Street, London celebrated Bowie at the height of his artistic glory, from Ziggy Stardust during the early 1970’s glam rock era to his famed ‘New Romantic’ Ashes to Ashes photoshoot in 1980.

This piece is made from a Brushed Aluminium float mounted within a wooden frame.

Supplied from a Limited Edition of just 5 it is Hand signed and numbered by the artist, with a certificate of authenticity. This piece is exclusive to Labyrinth Gallery.
